You can’t run a business like a Facebook account.

Our human brain isn’t able to cope with today’s tsunami of information. That is why, in our private lives, we have switched to fragmented, visual, emotionally appealing communication such as Facebook. But running a professional communication like a Facebook account ends up in a swamp of time-consuming prattle. And you can’t base business decisions on inspiring stories and attractive images. In strategic or operational business communication, we need another way of thinking that transcends the conflicting paradigms of detailed knowledge or viral storytelling.
TLSM-12

TLSM (Thinking – Logic – Story – Media) as solution :

TLSM has been developed as a systematic, substantiated approach for such thinking, originally focussed on business presentations.
The TLSM method helps to design effective communication in 4 phases (or 12 steps for expert communicators). The method is unique in its focus on business efficiency. Unlike any other method, TLSM seeks a perfect balance between form and content, with a focus on maximal result for a minimal effort.
The TLSM model has been adopted by many top managers, validated by the academic world and published by Financial Times (‘Presentation Thinking & Design’ by Ed Gruwez)

How to start with TLSM?

PTaD
You can learn the method in one of our training programmes or during coaching sessions. We also help to design strategic communication and presentations.
Our flagship programme is “Presentation Thinking, Design & Delivery.” In this 3-day programme participants learn to engage and convince their audience. They learn how to build the most effective content, with a perfect balance between rational information and engaging storytelling. Presentations will become 3 times shorter, yet twice as effective.

We deliver our services in English, Japanese, Chinese, German, French and Dutch. Training is organised exclusively in-company, for maximal effectiveness and confidentiality.
